Chimpy supports all the MailChimp fields including dropdown, radio buttons, birthday field etc. It also has an option to let the users choose subscription via a checkbox.
I need fields that are on my MailChimp list like phone number & a check-box for user to select on my form. Is it possible to do this with your plugin?
