Batch download functionality lets you download regular invoices. It does not include proforma invoices nor it generates invoices for orders that do no have regular invoices generated yet. Regular invoices (official accounting documents) are generated only when orders are marked as 'completed'.
Also, this plugin does not bulk generate invoices for orders that were marked as completed prior to installing this plugin.
