Membership Emails

The following emails are added to a list of WooCommerce emails and can be managed under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails:

  • Membership Granted - can be sent when user is granted membership (automatically or manually)
  • Membership Expired - can be sent when membership expires (or is cancelled manually)

Copies of each email can be sent to shop manager if configured under settings.

If linked plans are activated together with the parent plan, duplicate emails will not be sent.

Real customer emails will be skipped if WooCommerce Membership detects that its scripts are being executed on a duplicate (development, staging) website.
