Settings - Content Blocks

Content blocks are used to display additional information on the invoice like your bank account details. Leave fields blank to hide.

At the top you can see the list of macros that can be used on any of the content blocks:

Invoice Details
In this block you can set the details related to the invoice itself - it already has a default layout:

Also there is an option Remove lines with empty values - this allows to not show empty lines if there's no data on those.

Custom Block #1-#4

Custom content blocks are used to display additional information on the invoice like your bank account details. You can leave fields blank to hide them completely.

There are four custom blocks in total that can be controlled individually. The following fields are available:

  • Title - title for the custom content block (e.g. "Order notes").
  • Content - content of the custom content block. There's a maximum height set for each block - extremely long strings may be stripped.
  • Remove lines with empty values - allows not to show the lines when there's no macro value.
  • Displayed on - chose whether to display this block on regular invoices, on proforma invoices, or both.
