PDF Invoice plugin integrates into WooCommerce's default places to show invoice download links.
Customers
Customers receive invoices:
- by downloading them from "View Order" page (link under "My Account" section),
either regular Invoice:
or Proforma:
- as attachments along with WooCommerce standard emails
Both features may be disabled in the settings.

Shop Managers
Shop managers can get invoices by:
- clicking on the "Invoice" download link on each order's edit page (by default on the right sidebar):
- downloading archive of invoices for specified date range from "Batch Download" page:
